Terms and Conditions

Agreement

• By purchasing Endangered Minds apparel you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions of our site. Pertaining to our policies.
  
  Orders
• Please be aware that we cannot manually adjust order pricing from our end. Please be vigilant when placing your order.
• We will be shipping all orders towards the shipping address given from checkout. Please be mindful of placing the correct shipping address to prevent any delays on shipment. 
• Endangered Minds Apparel is not responsible for packages that get lost in transit, stolen, or misplaced by carriers since we have no hand in usps. We will do our best to find a solution towards our customers who have had an unfortunate scenario. 
• We take missing orders case by case scenario. Please be aware that we are doing our best to get to your order and find a solution for you. As we work hand in hand with USPS, we will be able to handle your order working with USPS.  This can a week to 3 weeks in working with orders. We will appreciate your patience, thank you.
• We will do our best to work hand in hand with USPS. As USPS will make their own decision on your packages status. We will do our best to assist you throughout the process.

Shipping

• Orders will be shipped to the given addresses under the customers account, 
• Endangered Minds Apparel is not responsible for packages being delivered to mistyped or wrongfully put address.
• All returning packages due to wrong addresses will be sent out a email. Customers will have 72 hours to respond to the email. Failure to respond will result in cancellation of your order. 
• Customer funds will be transferred towards store credit. 
• Customers that choose to have them shipped to a corrected address will be responsible for postage and shipping related fees
• Please allow 15 business days for orders to be shipped on Holidays.

Domestic/Order Shipping

• Orders are generally received within 5 business days after date of fulfillment.
• Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.
• Items sold during Black Friday and Cyber Monday may take up to 15 business days to ship, please be patient tracking numbers may take up to 15 days to be generated and sent to your email address. Business Days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays.

International Orders/Shipping

• Responsibilities and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
• Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
• International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
• Orders are generally received within 5-12 business days
• Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.
• Items sold during Black Friday and Cyber Monday may take up to 12 business days to ship, please be patient tracking numbers may take up to 12 days to be generated and sent to your email address.  Business Days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or California Public Holidays.

Returns/Exchanges

• All returns/exchanges must have a valid and understandable reason for return or exchange. (ex. Size, Defect)
• We do not offer refunds. Store credit will be given
• Items purchased from Endangered Minds Apparel may be returned for store credit.  All return requests must submitted within 15 days of receiving your shipment.   Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed and free from any order or stains. Refunds will not be given for returned items.
• If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item(taxes included).
• All returns/exchanges must contain the Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be requested within 15 days of receiving your shipment. 
• Any packages arriving with an RA number written on the outside will be returned to the sender.
• You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the Standard Shipping fee on your new order. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
• Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
• Sale items (Sale Tab/Collection), swimwear, and intimates are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless reason is for defective items.
• Purchases made with Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Discount Codes

• All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.  
• Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

Currency exchange/fluctuation rates

• International exchange rates are implemented.
• Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market

Sales

• All sale items are final
